Donovan Martinez joins the South Plains College men’s cross country and track and field teams as a freshman for the 2025–2026 season, competing in the 5K and 10K. A native of Lubbock, Texas, and a graduate of Frenship High School, Donovan brings endurance, determination, and competitive spirit to the Texans program.
His goals include continuing his running career at a four-year college while pursuing a degree in Business Management and Accounting, combining academic growth with athletic excellence.
