Bio
SPC Athletic Accomplishments: Was the runner-up at the 2009 NJCAA Outdoor championships in the 100 meter dash. Ran a season best time of 11.59 seconds in the NJCAA preliminary round. Also finished fifth in the NJCAA outdoor 200 meter dash and ran second leg on the Lady Texans 4x100 relay that finished second nationally with a time of 45.10 seconds.
High School Athletic Accomplishments: Won two gold and one bronze medal competing in the 100, 200, and Long Jump in the 2008 Girls championships in Jamica. Went to the World Junior Championships in 2008 held in Bydgoszcz, Poland where she helped the Jamican team finish second in the 4x100 meter relay. Also competed on Jamican 4x100 teams that won the prestigous Penn Relays in 2007 and 2008.
Personal: Born May 30, 1989 to Mary Reid and Ralfor Anderson, Shawna also has two brothers, Andrew (23) and Hubert (26) and one sister, Nordia (28).
