Bio
SPC Athletic Accomplisments: Earned All-American honors for the 2008 Cross Country season with a 10th place finish, and then earned another All-American award by finishing 3rd in the 2008 NJCAA Half-Marathon Championship. Finished third in the 2009 NJCAA Indoor 5,000 meters, seventh in the 3,000 meters and 8th in the mile run. Had a terrific 2009 outdoor season with a runner-up finish in the NJCAA 3,000 m. steeplechase where he finished with a season best time of 9:13.54. Kipruto also finished 5th in the NJCAA 10,000 and 6th in the NJCAA 5,000. Earned two more All-American awards in the 2009 cross country season with an 8th place finish in the NJCAA cross country championships and a second place finish at the NJCAA Half-Marathon championships.
