Bio
High School: Scarborough Secondary School. College Major: Physical Education. SPC Athletic Accomplishments: Has personal best time of 44.82 seconds in the 400 meters, a mark that was attained at the 2008 Beijing Olympic games, where Quow finished seventh overall for his native country. Member of SPC team that won 2008 NJCAA Outdoor championship and 2009 NJCAA Indoor Championship. High School Athletic Accomplishments: Has a personal best time of 45.35 seconds in the 400 meter dash at the Pan American Games in Rio de Janiero, Brazil in 2007; Won World Junior Championship in 400 meter dash in 2006; Won CAC Junior Championship in 400 meter dash in 2006; Won Trinidad National Championship in 400 meter dash in 2006; Competed at the World Track and Field Championships in Osaka, Japan in 2007; Trinidad and Tobago National Junior Record Holder in 400 meter dash.
