Harlee Packard begins her freshman season with the South Plains College women’s rodeo team as a competitor in breakaway roping. A native of Mineral Wells, Texas, Harlee distinguished herself in high school rodeo, finishing 2nd in the state in girls cutting in 2025 and earning a finals qualifier spot in breakaway roping.
Focused on both academics and rodeo, Harlee plans to continue her education at Texas Tech University after her time at South Plains, pursuing a degree in Business while advancing her career in rodeo.
