Arthur Rosario returns for his sophomore year with the South Plains College men’s rodeo program serving as an athletic trainer. Originally from Ipatinga, Brazil, Arthur graduated from Parkview Christian School before joining SPC, where he contributes to the health and performance of the Texans rodeo athletes.
