Colt Call begins his freshman season with the South Plains College men’s rodeo team competing in team roping. A native of Craig, Colorado, Colt developed his rodeo foundation at Moffat County High School, where he built the skills and determination that carried him to the collegiate level.
At South Plains, Colt is pursuing a degree in Agricultural Business while continuing to grow as a competitor in the arena and as a student.

The South Plains College Rodeo Team had an outstanding weekend at the New Mexico Junior College Rodeo in Lovington, NM, held October 23-25. The Texans brought home multiple top finishes, with several athletes advancing to the short round and earning major titles.
The South Plains College Rodeo Team showcased its talent at the Frank Phillips College Rodeo in Canadian, Texas, with standout performances across multiple events, including a championship title from Trey Adams in the heeling.
