Tally was Salutatorian of her 2008 class.  She was also named to the 2008 Colorado Junior Rodeo Association All-Around team.

Personal:  Born May 7, 1990 in Temple, Texas, Tally is the daughter of Tomm and Debbie Owens and she has one sibling, Tate (21). 
Tally's goals upon graduation from SPC include enrolling at West Texas A&M to finish her degree in Agriculture Education.
Favorite Athlete:  Josh Peek, because Tally competed is rodeo with him when she was younger and their families are good friends.
