High School:  Littlefield High School, class of 2008. 
Competed in track, cross country, basketball, softball, and volleyball at LHS, as well as being on the cheerleading squad.  Also participated in One Act Play, and the student council.  Received many honors, such as:  United States National Cheerleader Achievement, Littlefield Lions Club Queen, Homecoming Queen and All Wildcat girl.  Also served as class president her junior and senior years. 
At SPC:  Was on the cheerleading squad in 2008-09 season and was awarded the Spirit of Positive Attitude Award.
Personal:  Born May 17, 1990, Miranda is the daughter of Margarita and Rolando Casas and is majoring in nursing.  She also does volunteer work in her spare time where she assists the homeless and less fortunate in Arlington, and helps prepare Littlefield's museum.
