Accomplishments at Monteverde:  As a junior averaged six points and five rebounds per game on a team that sent four seniors to division I schools.  Also started a shoe drive while in high school, sending shoes and clothing back to his home country of Senegal.  College Major:  Business   Personal:  Born December 12, 1989 in Senegal, Nick is the youngest of 11 siblings.  When he moved to the United States to attend Montverde Academy, his host family was Jeanie and Jim Rahman.  Diatta plans to organize another shoe drive here at SPC and hopes to send back even more than the 400 shoes he mailed to his home country last year.  He hopes his success in the United States helps create opportunites for other kids from Senegal to have a similar opportunity as he has had.  Favorite Athlete:  Michael Jordan
