1) There will be a coaches meeting at Elm Grove Golf Course, Sunday night, April 19, 2009

at 8:00 p.m.

2) Competitions begin at 9:00 AM with shotgun start. Report to the appropriate course by

8:00 AM.

3) Girls will play at Elm Grove in Lubbock and boys will play at the Reese Golf Center in Lubbock.

4) Competition will be 36 holes of medal play with each contestant playing 18 holes each day.

5) Pairings will be made and posted on the SPC web page on Saturday, April 18, 2009.

6) All players must have a golf bag.

7) All players must wear proper shoes - either golf shoes with "soft spikes" or tennis shoes.

8) Spectators and coaches will be allowed on the course but any advice or consultation with players

is strictly prohibited and could result in disqualification.

9) The use of video equipment must be approved by the tournament director prior to the start of

the tournament.

10) Practice rounds may be played in accordance with section 1260, subsection g, paragraph 7 of the

UIL Constitution and Contest Rules. Tee time reservations must be made with the appropriate

golf course and all applicable practice round fees must be paid directly to the golf course.

Practice rounds may be played on Sunday April 19, 2009 after 12:00 noon.
