Sophomore guard Sajoyia Griffin came off the bench to help lead the Lady Texans of South Plains College to a nail biting 69-68 win over the Lady Leopards of Temple College Saturday night in Temple, Texas by scoring 17 points on 7-of-12 shooting.

Griffin again led the Lady Texans in yet another close game last night, this time versus Hill College, scoring 16 points in a 52-49 SPC victory.

The Lady Texans (8-2) are now gearing up for a 5:30 p.m. matchup versus McLennan Community College tonight in Waco.
